Entries fill up very quickly, so athletes are required to enter early.

The Entry Fee is £10 per event. No refunds are given, and organisers will not allow the transfer of entries to another athlete, or into the next meeting.

Athletes who are entered but unable to attend are advised to simply give their number to a friend. Do not attempt to change the name on Power of Ten. When this was attempted in 2024 the athlete was disqualified by Watford, and the performance deleted from the results and Power of Ten.

The Association has a long tradition with great races being held since the foundation in 1904 and throughout all those years the event has been at the core of our great sport. I am delighted to tell you that our hosts for the 2025 event will be Barnet & District A.C. - a club with it's own long and proud history. The courses will be within Trent Park, Cockfosters where the true elements of cross country; grassland, woodland, hills and maybe even some mud are there to challenge the competitors.
